Maya Sunny Honey delivers within Australia except Western Australia due to its regulations.

Maya Sunny Honey aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 business working days however some order may take longer depending on the state and product availability.

Maya Sunny Honey uses couriers including Fastway Courier, TNT and DHL.

Delivery will not be made to PO box addresses.

Returns policy

Maya Sunny Honey will not accept exchanges on products that were incorrectly ordered or change of mind due to individual taste.

Maya Sunny Honey will not accept cancellation or provide refunds if the order has been shipped out.

Should you receive a product that is damage, please contact us immediately. We will require you to take a photo of the product and packaging of the damage and send it to us at info@mayasunnyhoney.com.au. The Maya Sunny Honey team will assess the item and if agreed that the product was damaged on arrival, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If Maya Sunny Honey decides that the product was not faulty or damaged on arrival, replacement/ exchange will not be given. We highly recommend you open the parcel prior to signing off on the goods.

Maya Sunny Honey will not take responsibility of products that have been damaged or lost if they have not been attended to straight away. For this reason, it is important to choose the address of delivery correctly so you can receive your order promptly.

Maya Sunny Honey will not accept any responsibility for late delivery.

For parcels that are delayed or missing, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.

Maya Sunny Honey will not exchange damaged goods for a cash refund.
