Maya Sunny Honey aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 business working days however some order may take longer depending on the state and product availability.
Maya Sunny Honey uses couriers including Fastway Courier, TNT and DHL.
Delivery will not be made to PO box addresses.

Should you receive a product that is damage, please contact us immediately. We will require you to take a photo of the product and packaging of the damage and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Maya Sunny Honey team will assess the item and if agreed that the product was damaged on arrival, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If Maya Sunny Honey decides that the product was not faulty or damaged on arrival, replacement/ exchange will not be given. We highly recommend you open the parcel prior to signing off on the goods.
